Evergy Topeka Headquarters

This 30,000 square foot project involved renovating the second floor of Evergy’s Downtown Topeka office. The new space includes training rooms, huddle & collaboration spaces, recreational space, an employee dining area, offices and hybrid workspaces.

VICTORY DODGE DEALERSHIP

This new dealership included sitework and construction. The facility features an expansive show floor and lot for inventory, offices and a state-of-the-art maintenance center with 20 service bays - all designed to meet national dealer branding standards.

UNIONWORKS BREWING Co.

This transformation involved converting an historic Wonder Bread facility into a 160-seat restaurant and microbrewery, including a 7-tank brewing operation, wood-fired pizza station, indoor seating and outdoor gathering space while preserving the building’s original character, such as the arched ceiling tresses.

Oak Star bank

This project converted a former gas station into a 2,700 square foot modern bank branch for Oak Star Bank, including lobby with work stations, offices, a conference room, kitchen space, a vault and secure teller operations with interior and exterior service windows.

Halloren building & corner market

This 28,000 square foot historic renovation involved transforming a long-time vacant building in downtown Ottawa into a coffee shop, cafe & cocktail bar with outdoor dining space and an art gallery, as well tenant offices and second floor apartments.

Primetime grille & Fusion Alley

This project involved repurposing an existing strip mall space into a restaurant and bowling alley. The facility includes private event space, a full-service bar, commercial kitchen, and a state-of-the-art bowling center equipped with advanced pinsetters and cutting-edge technology tools for bowling performance analysis and data tracking.
