The lincoln event center
This 10,484 square foot renovation transformed a vacant historic Post Office into an events venue. It includes flexible main floor event space, commercial kitchen, groom & bridal suites, outdoor event space and a basement speakeasy.

This new construction performing arts center for USD 290 was part of a district-wide $63 million bond project. It contains state-of-the-art audio-visual and an 856-seat theatre that can be sectioned off into smaller capacity seating for school and community events.

BALDWIN COMMUNITY CENTER
This project renovated a 1930s-era WPA limestone building into a multi-purpose community center. The center includes courts for volleyball, basketball and pickleball; events space, city commission chambers, Recreation Commission offices, a golf simulator and indoor batting cages.

Midwest trust performing arts center
This extensive renovation included a remodel of the 1,341-seat Yardley Hall and 400-seat Polsky Theatre. Both theatres are located within the Midwest Trust Performing Arts Center on the Johnson County Community College campus in Overland Park.

the halloren building
This 28,000 square foot historic renovation transformed a 1920s-era auto sales center into offices, second floor apartments, and a coffee shop/cocktail bar where the original drive-thru space was converted into a patio with a see-through fireplace.

UNIONWORKS BREWING Co.
This transformation involved converting an historic Wonder Bread facility into a 160-seat restaurant and microbrewery, including a 7-tank brewing operation, wood-fired pizza station, indoor seating and outdoor gathering space while preserving the building’s original character, such as the arched ceiling tresses.
