This 43,500 square foot, 96-bed new construction Law Enforcement Center was designed to blend with the historic features of the county’s downtown courthouse. It includes Sheriff’s offices, a commercial kitchen, mental health cells, medical space and a radial-podular layout.

This 104,444 square foot project includes construction of a new 60-bed podular cell design Law Enforcement Center to replace the county’s aging jail along with renovation of the county’s connecting courthouse.

FRANKLIN COUNTY
JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER

This 18,000 square foot renovation provides a secure facility for housing juvenile offenders, ages 10 to 17, pending court disposition or placement in an appropriate facility. The Detention Center is designed to allow for mental health, education and other services to be provided in-house.

This project involved new construction of a 34-bed county jail and Sheriff’s office to replace the county’s aging and over-capacity jail operations.
