City of gardner utilities
This new design-build facility includes 5,380 square feet of office space to house the city’s utility operations, and 16,040 square feet for fleet maintenance. It also includes locker rooms and shower facilities for utility crew members.

franklin county ambulance & Fire station
This major remodel included updating Franklin County’s 18,605 square foot Ambulance Center, which houses offices and EMS operations in addition to the City of Ottawa’s Fire Station #2. The facility’s first responders serve nine communities in a 574-mile area.

CITY OF OTTAWA AIRPORT
New offices and a new main hangar were the centerpiece of this 13,120 square foot design-build project for the City of Ottawa Airport (KOWI). A general aviation airport facility, KOWI features a 4,500 foot runway, instrument approaches and on-field weather (AWOS-3).

JOHNSON COUNTY MED-ACT
The pilot for a series of Med-Act stations being built in Johnson County, this 5,400 square foot new construction in Shawnee houses ambulance and EMS operations. The facility includes ambulance bays, bunk rooms, laundry, offices and a workout room.

city of LAWRENCE RIVERFRONT OFFICES
This 21,000 square foot renovation of the Lawrence Riverfront Offices included build-out for a municipal courtroom and court services, as well as offices and meeting space for the city planning department, city prosecutor’s office and the city clerk.
