OTTAWA HIGH SCHOOL

This 187,805 square foot transformation and addition to Ottawa High School included classroom and library renovations, a new facade and secure entrances, a new Career & Technical Education Center and a new Performing Arts Center.

WELLSVILLE SCHOOLS

This district-wide bond project encompassed substantial renovations at the elementary, middle and high schools including facade upgrades, classroom and library/media center renovations, secure entrances, new science and consumer science labs, makerspace renovation, and an addition for a new wrestling room and weight room.

SPEARVILLE HIGH SCHOOL

A two-phase renovation to Spearville High School, Phase 1 included an addition to house new science labs and special education classrooms while Phase 2 included 57,800 square feet of renovations to the high school and a new gymnasium.

SUNFLOWER ELEMENTARY

Part of a $63 million district bond project, this new 71,670 square foot elementary school includes an expansive library and technology center, outdoor playgrounds with turf, large art and music rooms, a spacious teacher resource room, bathrooms in each of the classroom hallways, a gym separate from the cafeteria and a stage area.
